 YFN Lucci’s Bond Denied in Racketeering Case, Judge Says He Will Remain In “No-Bond Status”

It looks like rapper, YFN Lucci’s bond has been denied, per The Source. The judge, Thomas Cox, ruled

“the defendant will remain in a no-bond status at this time, ”

in the 105-count racketeering prosecution which aimed at universal blood nation throughout parts of Georgia. 

According to The Source, the judge’s ruling concluded with prior bond requests being canceled. Cox said,

“additionally, this court revokes any bonds previously issued in this case.”

Following the Atlanta rapper’s surrender in the RICO indictment, he was charged with

“aggravated assault, armed robbery, property damage, murder, theft, and more after a months-long investigation into their connection to the Bloods.” 

Drew Finding, the

“Wet”

rapper’s attorney, defends his innocence. Finding said in a statement, “he’s not a gang member. What he is is an internationally recognized musical artist that is a triple platinum winner, that has performed all over the United States and all over the world.”
