Woman Arrested After Sneakily Poking Holes In Lover’s Condom To Get Pregnant

A 39-year-old German woman has been arrested after reportedly poking holes in her sex partner’s condoms to get pregnant. Reports reveal that her lover was unaware of her deceiving effort, according to the New York Post. 

Judge Astrid Salewski said in court,

“We have written legal history here today.” 

Reports noted that the woman and the 42-year-old man had a

“friends with benefits”

type of relationship since 2021. The pair would meet up and have sexual intercourse. As time went on, the woman wanted the relationship to elevate; however, the feelings weren’t mutual and her lover wanted the relationship to remain casual. The woman later went on to poke holes in the man’s condoms. Although she didn’t get pregnant, she later texted him through WhatsApp admitting to the act while also claiming she was pregnant, per DW. 

The man went on to press charges and she confess in court. According to reports, the judges were unsure on how to charge her due to the unprecedented matter. She was initially charged with rape ; however, it was lessened to sexual assault after a

“stealthing”
