United Airlines Sued For Refusing Refunds On Flights Cancelled Due To Coronavirus
United Airlines customers are upset the airline is only giving them travel vouchers instead of their money back for flights that were canceled due to coronavirus so they’re suing.
According to TMZ, Jacob Rudolph filed a class-action lawsuit today against United Airlines, claiming the company is only offering travel vouchers instead of cash refunds. Rudolph said this does nothing to help people who need their money back for basic necessities during the pandemic.
Rudolph claims he shelled out over $1,500 for 3 United Airlines flights scheduled for April and when they canceled the flights because of the virus, he requested a refund and was denied.
