Trump Refuses To Unveil Obama’s Portrait At White House, Breaking A 40 Year Tradition

Trump will not hold a ceremony at the White House for the unveiling of former President Barack Obama‘s portrait, breaking a 40 year tradition.

According to NBC News, first term Presidents have held ceremonies in the East Room to unveil the portraits of their immediate predecessors for several decades, but Trump’s animosity toward Obama has pushed him to nix the ceremony entirely. Recently, the bad blood between the two reached a new low after Trump made baseless accusations that Obama committed a crime. A unnamed source told NBC Obama wouldn’t be interested in attending such a ceremony at this time anyway.

Do you think Trump’s shadiness towards former president Obama has gone too far?
