Tory Lanez made sure to do a good deed this weekend, buying $50,000 worth of things at a Maryland Target store and then giving it away to single moms and their young kids.
The Canadian rapper posted about the experience on Instagram, saying he partnered up with the non-profit organization Diamonds on the Rise to give the kids backpacks and clothes.
We at Steuart Hill right now, Baltimore, doing a giveback of clothes and items to mainly single mothers and children. [It’s an] important thing, I think, because that’s the face of our nation: our generation coming up and the women who nurture them,” Lanez says in a clip.
He is seen playing around with the kids and their moms in video from the event at Steuart Hill Academy. He even had a bounce house and some refreshments for the families.
Clique, are you surprised by Tory’s charitable act?
