Sky Of ’Black Ink Crew’ Agreed To Settle $5K Lawsuit From ’Her Little Secret’ Boutique Designer

Sky from VH1’s ‘Black Ink Crew’ has discreetly settled a lawsuit accusing her of not paying up on a deal with a designer who showcased her clothing line in the reality star’s boutique.
According to Bossip, RaMee Rose Patterson sued Sky for breach of contract, claiming that Sky promised her $5K in exchange for showcasing her line “Living Savage” in Sky’s store, “Her Little Secret.”
Patterson said her merch did excellent in sales while in Sky’s boutique, but when it was time to pay, Sky bucked! Patterson wrote in her complaint,
”My merchandise was sold by the defendants at their business “Her Little Secret” boutique, and they did not pay me my money made from sales. Payments have stopped months ago.”
Court docs obtained by the publication state Patterson said she was indigent and her only means of income were from the brand’s profits.
Sky never responded to the case. However, the suit’s filing prompted the reality star to settle up. Patterson eventually came back to court asking for the suit to be dismissed because the two made a deal outside of court.
The case was ultimately dismissed after neither side showed up to the subsequent hearing.
