 Six Atlanta Officers In Jail For Excessive Force Charges On College Students

Six Atlanta police officers are currently behind bars after viral video caught them violently snatching college students, Messiah Young and Taniyah Pilgrim, out of their car on May 30th.

Today, all officers were booked into the Fulton County Jail, where they have been granted bond, but they have not yet been released.

The charges are the following; Mark Gardner — Aggravated assault, Ivory Streeter — Aggravated assault, pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another, Roland Claud — Criminal trespass, Lonnie Hood — Aggravated assault, simple battery, Armon Jones — Aggravated battery, pointing or aiming gun or pistol at another, and Willie Sauls — Aggravated assault, criminal trespass.
