Rick Ross Countersues Briana Camille, Wants Joint Custody Due to Baby Mama’s “Erratic” Behavior
Rick Ross’ lemon-peppered legal beef with baby mama Briana Camille is getting way too spicy.
In the days since DNA test results proved the “Stay Scheming,” spitter fathered the pregnant social media model’s two children, Ross has reportedly filed a lawsuit against Briana—claiming she’s keeping the kids away from him, dragging out their court case, and is refusing to return his company car.
Rozay issued his countersuit late last week, demanding joint legal custody of their three-year-old daughter Berkeley and two-year-old son Billion, according to official documents obtained by Bossip. Per his filings, the “Hustlin,” rhymer argues Briana’s “engaging in erratic behaviors,” and is refusing to grant him parenting time with their babies even though he’s paying child support.
Ross goes on to claim Brianna has unnecessarily prolonged their legal case by initially refusing to take a DNA test when he offered to pay for one back in Feb. 2020. Instead, the Hip-Hop heavyweight said she filed a motion for him to take the test—which he said racked up lawyer’s fees.
He also accuses Briana of ignoring his repeated pleas for the return of a Mercedes GL SUV that belongs to Maybach Music.
