Rich The Kid Ordered To Pay More Than $320K In Damages For Back Rent

Rich the Kid has just been ordered to pay $320,000 in back rent on a luxury home in the Hollywood Hills. 

A Los Angeles judge recently issued a default judgment against the “Plug Walk,” rapper for failing to respond in his landlord’s case against him, according to Bossip. Haikuhe Chichyan—the property owner—sued Rich for breach of contract last year, claiming the Hip-Hop heat-maker hasn’t paid his $22,500 a month in rent since December 2018. 

Adding even more stress to the monetary mess, Chichyan’s claims Rich the Kid trashed his swanky estate—letting dogs defecate everywhere, disobeying the smoking policy, and breaking expensive electronic equipment in the state of the art house. 

Rich never responded to Chichyan’s case in court, so the judge hit him with a default judgment to the tune of $323,214.
