There world is going through so many shortages that it’s hard to keep up with. Raising Cane’s have decided to roll with the punches and improvise amid their major staffing shortage. The food chain is sending their corporate employees to the front lines of the restaurant.

According to Bloomberg, starting this week, 50% of its corporate office employees will work in the restaurants as fry cooks and cashiers at the many locations that are short staffed. The company is said to believe that the key to the nationwide labor shortage begins at the top and that is why they are shipping the corporate workers out into the field in teams to each of its markets.

Raising Cane’s Co-CEO & COO, AJ Kumaran, said in a statement, “It’s no secret that today’s hiring market is a challenge, and ahead of our massive growth next year, having the support we need is critical”. We are all in this together, and when our restaurants need us, we’re there.”

The company is hoping to hire at least 10,000 new people in 50 days.
