A Brooklyn federal judge has denied R. Kelly’s attempt at freedom for the third time amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

The judge ruled Friday the jailed “Snake,” singer is still a potential risk and can pose danger to the community. In his latest request, Kelly’s lawyers argued he was prediabetic and can be at grave risk if he catches the virus, according to Page Six.

The same judge denied his previous requests for release. Kelly is charged in two separate indictments in Brooklyn and Chicago for sexually abusing underage girls, producing child porn, and destroying evidence.

In the video down below Kelly opens up about his history with child abuse and how it affected him as an adult.
