Mother Arrested After Murdering Three Of Her Children With The Assistance Of Her 16-Year-Old Son

38-year-old Angela Flores was recently arrested and charged with three counts of murder  for reportedly murdering three of her children on Mother’s Day, according to the New York Post. The woman allegedly killed her daughter, who was merely 12 years old and two of her sons with the aid of her 16-year-old son. Reports note that Flores has a total of seven children. 

The teen was been arrested and charged with one count of murder, per CBS. 

Officials responded to the Los Angeles home as they received a report

“of an assault with a deadly weapon about 7:40 a.m,”

per The Post. Authorities then found the three children, and the woman later revealed that she murdered the children alongside her teen son. 

The cause of their death hasn’t been revealed and authorities haven’t released the motive behind the crime. Flores’ other children hasn’t been harmed as they lived out of state with their father.  

Neighbors told CBS affiliate that the woman was acting strange on Saturday night. 

“I heard someone screaming, ‘My family is abusing me,’ and all kinds of nonsense. I couldn’t make out what it was. I guess at that time she was in our neighbor’s yard … burning a candle and she had the Bible out,”

a neighbor, Priscila Canales told the news outlet. 

George Gascon, LA district attorney said,

“the deaths of these three children are truly horrific and tragic. As a parent and a grandparent, I send my heartfelt condolences to the people who love them.” 

He went on to say,

“We will continue to work with Los Angeles police detectives and my prosecutors will make a filing decision once they have reviewed all of the evidence.”
