Robin Howington is facing multiple charges, including felony murder following the death of her five-year-old daughter, Destiny Oliver. Howington was accused of fatally shooting Oliver in the chest in September 2019.

She tried framing two men and her two-year-old son with the murder. Howington was arrested and initially charged with tampering with evidence after investigators said she changed her story multiple times, according to WBIR.

An arrest warrant also said that Howington wiped and stashed the gun and moved items from the crime scene that she refused to give investigators her phone. She allegedly tried to destroy the phone by putting it underwater.

This week, a grand jury returned an indictment stating that Howington did unlawfully kill Oliver.
