A 37-year-old man from Indonesia had to have emergency surgery after fracturing his private parts while performing a dangerous sex position. Sadly, the sex position caused him to have

“eggplant”

phallus, reports the New York Post. A study that detailed the news was published in a journal called the Urology Case Reports.

The incident occurred when the man was having sex in the

“reverse cowgirl”

position. If you’re unaware, the position is when the woman is on top; however, she is facing in the opposite direction of her partner. TikTok doctor Dr. Karen Raj revealed that this position is the

“world’s most dangerous”

position. The position has caused 50% of penis fractures, reports say.

Things took a turn after the 37-year-old heard a cracking noise, which was followed by

“pain discomfort, and immediate loss of erection.”

The tip of his penis then began bleeding and he was unable to use the bathroom. The man went to the General Hospital of West Nusa Tenggara Province. Reports say his penis began to swell and turned purple as the condition is called

“eggplant deformity.”

After an examination, it was confirmed that the man had a

“wide and deep fracture to the penis.”

Reports say he also had a severe hematoma, which is what caused the bleeding.

Luckily, doctors were able to repair the fracture. The Post reported that

“they stitched up his urethra and bandaged the wound.”

“The man was subsequently outfitted with a catheter — a tube inserted into the bladder to facilitate urine circulation — and discharged from the hospital,”

according to The Post.

A follow-up appointment determined that the man’s penis had healed and showed no complications.
