Kevin Hart Wants Sex Tape Lawsuit Thrown Out After Legal Papers Were Left On His Driveway

According to TMZ, Kevin Hart wants the judge to throw out the Sex Tape lawsuit against him with Montia Sabbag because the legal papers were left for him on his driveway. 

There is most definitely a way to present legal papers to someone you are trying to sue. These legal papers were served to Kevin Hart’s driveway where essentially anyone has access to. Hart’s alleged sex tape partner is suing him for $60 million and claims he and friend set up the recording. 

Kevin Hart’s home security guards took a picture of the server seemingly dropping the papers out of his car window. There is no word of the encounter that the server and security guard had.
