Kandi Burruss Thanks Fans & Addresses Haters After Winning ‘The Masked Singer’

Congrats to Kandi Burruss for being the first woman to win “The Masked Singer.”
Kandi hopped on Instagram Live to address her fans and even her haters. Kandi described how hard it was to keep the show a secret from her friends and family.
“Thank you, thank you, and thank you for all of the support. I really appreciate yall even though I wasn’t responding to a lot of it (on Twitter) because I couldn’t,” she said. “I just want to tell you I was seeing it, and I am thankful, and I appreciate it.”

Kandi also got emotional while acknowledging the hate she’s received from critics bashing her vocal abilities.
“For a minute I was kinda like, I had stopped singing because it was so many comments. People be like ‘ugh she can’t sing.’ Of course everyone isn’t going to be positive, but that’s okay.
