Jussie Smollett Promises To ‘Fight or Die’ To Prove He’s Innocent In Race-Hoax Trial

Jussie Smollett made a vow to “fight or die” his way out of his legal troubles.
Later Smollett was released on a $200k bond. He continued to deny all allegations toward his hate crime attack last January.
“I don’t claim to be innocent — I am innocent.”
Smollett admitted it was “definitely frustrating” having to fight again in court, during Monday’s hearing a year later after his first accusation in the same case.
“It’s fight or die at this point”
If guilty, the actor could face up to three years behind bars, a fine up to $25,000 and community service.
