Judge Dismisses Future’s Defamation Claim Against Eliza Reign
Eliza Reign wins a massive victory in the defamation case against her by her alleged child’s father Future.
In February 2020, Future sued Eliza and wanted her to pay money in damages for the claim. However, this claim was dismissed by federal judge Cecilia Altonaga.
Judge Altonaga also threw out his claims that he needed Eliza to stop speaking about him in a negative light, which intentionally caused emotional distress.
The judge did side with Future’s claim that Eliza is using him to make a name for herself. According to the ruling she will have to continue to defend herself against those claims in court.
