Astroworld Victims Sue Travis Scott, Drake, Apple & Live Nation For $750 Million

Those who were at Astroworld and loved ones of those injured and killed are suing some of the parties involved to the tune of over $750 million, TMZ reports.

Travis Scott and Drake are being sued, as well as Apple and Live Nation, who put on the event. The lawsuit was filed in Houston by attorney Tony Buzbee, and lists more than 125 people as complainants.

They are suing for “negligence in failing to properly plan the concert, train security personnel and host a safe event.” One of the families involved in the suit is the Acostas, who lost their 21-year-old son Axel in the crowd crush.

No amount of money will ever make these Plaintiffs whole; no amount of money can restore human life. But, the damages sought in this case attempts to fix, help, or make up for the harms and losses suffered by these Plaintiffs — nothing more and nothing less,” Buzbee said of the filing.

Clique, do you think that any of them will end up having to pay?
