4-Year-Old Girl Died After Accidentally Strangling Herself At Amusement Park As Staff Members Browsed On Their Phones

Sadly, a 4-year-old in Ukraine passed away on May 13 after mistakenly
“strangling herself inside an inflatable trampoline,”
according to FOX. The encounter occurred when the young girl was at the children’s amusement park playing on the trampoline in Mykolaiv, Ukraine. As the unidentified girl played, she
“became entangled”
in the snares of the trampoline, officials say. Authorities reported that she died from suffocation.
The owner of the trampoline was locked up in connection with the unfortunate encounter. A woman who was set to be the young girl’s Godmother, Natalia Kuchynska, told a TSN that amusement park staffers were browsing on their phones during the incident.
The woman said,
“There were three girls (employees) near the trampoline who were supposed to watch over the children. But instead, they sat with their backs to the trampoline, looking at something on their phones.”
Kuchynska revealed that people attempted to save the girl. The investigation is still ongoing.
