Nene Leakes Compares George Floyd’s Murder to ‘RHOA’ Bullying, ‘I was ganged up on’

Nene Leakes, Real Housewives of Atlanta veteran, compared her experience on the show to George Floyd’s murder.

During a recent Instagram Live chat, Nene explained why she left in the middle of the RHOA Season 12 reunion and failed to return. She said she left because the conversation became too negative, and she felt ganged up on by her co-stars.

“Ganged up is more than one person on a person at a time. George Floyd was ganged up on. He was physically ganged up on, and I have felt verbally ganged up on many times and that is not fair to me,” she said.

Leakes added that she believes every woman on the show should carry their own weight and—despite her previously asking for the bullying to stop—she was always attacked more than the other women.
