Lil Baby is hitting his baby mama where it hurts, gunning for custody of their little baby.
On the heels of their all-too-public financial support spat over Instagram this summer, the “Bigger Picture” performer filed court docs seeking both joint legal custody and primary physical custody of their 5-year-old son Jason.
Baby’s petition for custody of his oldest son comes after the boy’s mother, Ayesha Howard accused him of failing to pay for Jason’s education, which she says resulted in the boy being kicked out the school.
At that point, Ayesha filed legal docs seeking a declaration of paternity and child support from Lil Baby, claiming he has a net worth in excess of $4 million—which includes money he makes on various endorsement deals, one involving a picture of Jason.
Ayesha also claims Lil Baby owns at least 7 luxury vehicles, including 2, million-dollar Lamborghinis. By contrast, Ayesha claims she makes less than $25k per year. She alleges Baby’s pursuit of physical custody is in “a retaliatory fashion and in an attempt to punish, harass, threaten and intimidate.”
