Cliff Vmir, beauty specialist-turned-musical artist, is finding himself doobie-wrapped in a legal mess for allegedly defaming a former boo.
Per an official cease and desist letter—obtained exclusively by #ONSITE—Montrell Bowman, entrepreneur and owner of MB Cosmetics, accuses Vmir of weaponizing his massive social media platform in order to defame his character, wreak havoc on his business, publicly berate him with vicious threats, and cause him emotional distress.
Bowman claims he and Vmir shared an on-again-off-again relationship over the past three years, complete with the aspiring rapper regularly sending him money. However, their budding romance hit a major bump after Vmir discovered Bowman recently took a business trip to Atlanta, and visited with another man.
Contention between Bowman and Vmir reached a boiling point after video of Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta’s Shekinah Anderson urging Bowman and his male friend to kiss went public. Vmir, displease with Bowman’s behavior, allegedly threatened Bowman with physical violence via social media and falsely accused him of drugging his male associate.
In response to Vmir’s online actions in the wake of their fallout, Bowman is demanding the stylist cease and desist disseminating any false information about him, and destroy all potentially damaging materials pertaining to him. If Vmir fails to comply, Bowman may file a lawsuit seeking monetary damages.PEEP BELOW: https://www.instagram.com/p/CCHsI_ljfOz/?igshid=4sn4qrla2509
